Ahhhh, errrrr dang it! Just thinking about it, I hate it when I don't own up to my word either! Man, I gotta get that plank out of my eye and mouth too!

Well my sinuses seem to be clearing up now. I wonder if I have to keep taking Claritin at the very least? Anyways, what's been on my mind lately has been promises, guarantees, committment, loyalty, etc. I mean all these words I've been hearing a lot lately and I haven't seen any follow through on it. Which kind of bums me sometimes, but I always remain hopeful that these people will honor their word. However, yesterday after class I was upset because this person just lied to my face. How could I tell? If there is one thing I am pretty good at, is the reading of someone's eyes. I gave this person the benefit of the doubt though, but later that evening I found out it was a "white lie" as I heard a different story from another person. I was just so disappointed that over the years that their was some sort of level of trust, but this only illustrates a couple of points. First, only His promise is true, and why I keep on going DTA sometime.
I guess that's why I love v-ball because sometimes it's like anger management for me. Yes, there is prayer at nite, but nothing like a good kill feels so refreshing. Now that my schedule is finally set, I am now signed up for 1 flag football league, and 5 v-ball leagues for the year. What can I say, I love a challenge in this area. Speaking of which, something else that we've been discussing about in our FE 210 class, is do things happen by coincidence or is God in control of things? Well amazingly some people think it is both. However, today to me at least proves that He is in control of things. I met one of the girls, Jayne on Z's WB league team. We played together at F-Hills then went to Troy together to play some more. We talked a lot about how He has been using us individually. It was funny because it was some what similar too. Then it was even funnier when peeps from Ski Niks asked the both of us to play on their team now. We're the same age, so we're being dubbed as the dynamic duo now. It's all good, because she was on the Rochester College team. Man I didn't even realize they had sports there. Anyways, it's a blessing to play with Jayne in 2 leagues now. It's nice to know that you have another believer on a team once in a while. What can I say, I love v-ball so much that I even wrote a crappy poem about it today. I'll have to post it another time, yup it looks like it is Claritin time!

Yes, I am a drug addict now! So for the past 48 hours now I've been taking a good combination of Vitamin pills, Sudafed, Benadryl, Tylenol, Nyquil, and Claritin. Taking all these within an hour time span of it, woooo really makes you feel tipsy. However, the whole time I thought I had the flu or something. I learned today that I have like a sinus infection or something? I don't know, I'm not no doc, but I have something to that effect. So if you know how this stuff works, then please educate me so I can figure out how to heal faster.
What a beautiful wedding this past weekend too! PTL for this whole weekend! Now to do some copy and paste on table # 12. It's amazing how a game of Starcraft can bring the guys closer :) It was great to see Benito back in the D this weekend. I also met someone who actually has the same taste in music and gear as I do too!
I had some other thoughts too, but it's time to take ummm Nyquil now or is it Claritin? Eh, I'm taking so many that I've lost track now. Might as well play it safe and take both for good measure then call it a nite.

To Sista Cat, do not read the bottom half of this as it will discuss my disappointment with Survivor tonight. Although you gotta watch next week's because there will be 2 peeps voted off in 1 nite! Also I still have the first 2 episodes that you missed on tape too. Yes, as announced today in my nite class that I am a Survivor dork along with D.E. You know when you're fanatic when you try to set the channel on the projection screen to Survivor during the Prof's lecture.
Yesterday, I got a chance to go to my new student teachin school. My co-operating teacher seems very helpful and cool. I already know how to speak the Special Ed lingo because it deals with acronyms. It was cool as I was walking down the hallways with my shades on, and all you could hear were whispers if I was a new teacher :) I love middle school because of the chitter chatter during bell hours. I also got a chance to work with a few of my new students on an individual basis because that is what they need. I already love a couple of my middle schoolers, Mario because he just cracks me up and Sara, she's such a cutie.
Finally Survivor, nooooooooooo Dolly is gone already! I can't believe Eliza turned on her :( although I understand her reasons. Strategically, it was a bad play on Eliza's part so I don't see her going to far anymore. Man she could of went farther had they voted off Leanne! Anyways, I decided tonight on who my 4th player that I believe will make it to the final 2, and that is Julie. She's a youth mentor, and works with children as well so you gotta love that. Just so bummed that Dolly is gone :( Although she said it best at the end as she was voted off that this game wasn't meant for her which I believe they cut off, but due to her faith.
How did my Booty week go? Well I got stuff done, but not as much as I wanted so I gotta kick it into a higher gear next week.

What a weekend it was as we celebrated our Brother Kin's last days of true singleness :) Actually, I was surprised that some of the guys were able to stay up later than I expected too. Then tonight, we had the CBC Mongolian Buffet dinner. Although I was late to worship this morning, errr! However, I got a chance to talk to Jack for some catching up to do. I'm glad that He looked after him while he served in Iraq. I'm also thankful for the time to chat with Mommy Moy and as she reminded me the words that I needed to hear "stay strong."
With that, I knew it was time to make it official as I've now declared this week as "Get My Booty In Gear Week." As now my class load has manifested itself, it's time to try to get ahead of everyone in the workload. I got my student teaching assignment for this week and praise the Lord as I'm actually close to my house this time! I'll be teaching at Iriqouis Middle School, which I was looking forward to doing in terms of jr. high. Hahahaha only, 15 minutes away from this place! However, I'll be teaching Special Ed and at first I was bummed because I believe one of my teaching weaknesses is to the special ed. However, I look forward to this chance as I believe it will only make me a more versatile educator in the future. OU football is starting soon and it was nice to bring our team to the Super Bowl last year, but I want to carry the team to win it this year.
So I feel that I needed to get a new look to go with the Winter attitude. Thanks to Papa Wong, I gotta admit dang I look pretty good with creating this new hair. However, I had to cry as my bangs are gone, so I don't get to wear any more hairbands for now. So who's ready to kick it into another level higher?
Feelin Way Too Dang Good
