I learned a few things today, first off although it was only a day, I'm glad that I got to worship with the Ambassadors peeps at Echo Grove. Man, I love Echo Grove's distance it's only 20 minutes from my house.

However, I had a nice drive down Mound just seeing all this open farm land, and trees drooping over the road with their leaves in all different colors. Standing in front of the lounge, I wish I had my camera, because it was just gorgeous. The lake had its ripples, the tree branches swaying in motion, capped off with a beautiful sunrise.

I drove past Big Red too! That place brought me so many memories, of apple picking with the family. I remember the hay rides too and chuckin apples at my sister. Man I miss that place.

I also learned how far 32 Mile went down which is pretty far. I'm thankful that they Romeo bypass is almost complete so now we can fly down M-53 til 34 Mile. I also learned that Drahner Rd amazingly streches out pretty far too.

I had a good time just reflectin on what joy is and what Paul was writing about.

I got a chance to see how the PK's will look like this year for football. I wish some of the teams would be as awful as the team we played today. Well, at least I got to be called Dante on kickoffs and they kicked away from me.

Finally, I learned that xanga actually has some advantages to it. I actually created an account for xanga too. The question is, do I sell out on blogspot?

I came home last night from 5:14 sitting on the couch and just having some good prayer time. It's too bad that I wake up this morning to just have a bad day. Eh, I've had worst but in the end it's still funny to laugh at my day. Here are the events that lead up to the not so good day:

1) Overslept for Bio class

2) Parked the car on the top floor of the garage. As I walk out with my backpack on, the zipper busts loose and out came my books and notes all over the parking structure.

3) Worst part about the zipper, was that the bag of french bread from 5:14 spilled everywhere :(

4) Arrive to Bio, 35 minutes late to only find out the prof forgot the review sheet for next week's exam.

5) Got McDonald's breakfast after Bio. Got home to figure out they overcharged me on my breakfast.

6) Arrived to FE 215, only to realize that I left my homework at home!

7) 2 Fast 2 Furious my way back home thinking it would take only half hour at most to get back to class. However it took an hour to get back, but boy did class fly by.

8) She took attendance when I got back, and most peeps knew that I left. However, I thought I was slick pulling a fast one on the prof. But yeah, she smart and pointed that out, and the class got a good laugh.

9) She let out us early though so we could go watch the Debate. Yes, the sad part is that I actually watched it and only reinforced my feelings that what both of them say is a crock of shit.

10) Finally, watched Survivor only to see Mia got voted off! Dang, stupid old Lisa who think's she is with the young group. At least she finally sided with the old crew, because she is 44!

So what a Thursday, all I can do is laugh about it. You can laugh too if you think it is funny. Well the bright side is that I can say hey it's Friday now. The sad part is, I'll be serving up the ABC ya know. Seriously though, man that Debate was draining because you've got Kerry complaining about Bush's run. While it's easy for him to complain because he ain't the prez. Then you got Bush screwing around the Iraqi's and the education system over here. They both kept talking bout how their plans will work. I wish I was there to moderate, but I don't know how the G can that guy sit there for 90 minutes straight. Anyways, I think both gentlemen are a couple of lying bastards. Here is a funny website, just click on it (Presidential Debate) and hit the "click to play" picture, and make sure you have your sound on.

I Love Thee

Ahhhh, errrrr dang it! Just thinking about it, I hate it when I don't own up to my word either! Man, I gotta get that plank out of my eye and mouth too!
Well my sinuses seem to be clearing up now. I wonder if I have to keep taking Claritin at the very least? Anyways, what's been on my mind lately has been promises, guarantees, committment, loyalty, etc. I mean all these words I've been hearing a lot lately and I haven't seen any follow through on it. Which kind of bums me sometimes, but I always remain hopeful that these people will honor their word. However, yesterday after class I was upset because this person just lied to my face. How could I tell? If there is one thing I am pretty good at, is the reading of someone's eyes. I gave this person the benefit of the doubt though, but later that evening I found out it was a "white lie" as I heard a different story from another person. I was just so disappointed that over the years that their was some sort of level of trust, but this only illustrates a couple of points. First, only His promise is true, and why I keep on going DTA sometime.

I guess that's why I love v-ball because sometimes it's like anger management for me. Yes, there is prayer at nite, but nothing like a good kill feels so refreshing. Now that my schedule is finally set, I am now signed up for 1 flag football league, and 5 v-ball leagues for the year. What can I say, I love a challenge in this area. Speaking of which, something else that we've been discussing about in our FE 210 class, is do things happen by coincidence or is God in control of things? Well amazingly some people think it is both. However, today to me at least proves that He is in control of things. I met one of the girls, Jayne on Z's WB league team. We played together at F-Hills then went to Troy together to play some more. We talked a lot about how He has been using us individually. It was funny because it was some what similar too. Then it was even funnier when peeps from Ski Niks asked the both of us to play on their team now. We're the same age, so we're being dubbed as the dynamic duo now. It's all good, because she was on the Rochester College team. Man I didn't even realize they had sports there. Anyways, it's a blessing to play with Jayne in 2 leagues now. It's nice to know that you have another believer on a team once in a while. What can I say, I love v-ball so much that I even wrote a crappy poem about it today. I'll have to post it another time, yup it looks like it is Claritin time!

Out To Get Me

Yes, I am a drug addict now! So for the past 48 hours now I've been taking a good combination of Vitamin pills, Sudafed, Benadryl, Tylenol, Nyquil, and Claritin. Taking all these within an hour time span of it, woooo really makes you feel tipsy. However, the whole time I thought I had the flu or something. I learned today that I have like a sinus infection or something? I don't know, I'm not no doc, but I have something to that effect. So if you know how this stuff works, then please educate me so I can figure out how to heal faster.

What a beautiful wedding this past weekend too! PTL for this whole weekend! Now to do some copy and paste on table # 12. It's amazing how a game of Starcraft can bring the guys closer :) It was great to see Benito back in the D this weekend. I also met someone who actually has the same taste in music and gear as I do too!

I had some other thoughts too, but it's time to take ummm Nyquil now or is it Claritin? Eh, I'm taking so many that I've lost track now. Might as well play it safe and take both for good measure then call it a nite.
