Our first live look at #84

What do ya know, 2 Special K's in one place

I'm Sailor Moon Pistons

Giver - Today was a fun day at the Bobcat Center because I ran the show. In my less than 2 weeks of being there, it seems like my name is quite popular now. I get high 5's from students that I don't even know, kids callin out my name from the other end of the hallway, and some poppin into my office just to say hi. It's like high school again for me except that I'm the teacher :)

I have grown close to the Asian community here, because I know a lot of them outside of school. There are a few Canto kids that I have Canto conversations with at school. This is a place I would not mind teaching if God does not want me to go to elementary level. Majority of the staff treat me like family already, and I do look forward goin to work, it is just the wakin up part is the hardest.

Gotta love the player intros!

Our V-Day outing, goin to see the Lakers so that I could see The Black Mamba

Why need a car when I got my own ride

Not our best pic then again it's a Jeep

Free ride!

I wanted to play with these cars, but it cost money :(

5 'Ships Drive - So last night we went to Game 2, and we had things that bothered us at the game. My beef is as I was walking around BW's, why do people bother coming to the game, and eat BW's in the lounge? Like ya could of saved so much money just ordering carry out at BW's and eating it at home.

Then we had these 2 old folks sitting next to us. First they arrived, halfway through the 2nd quarter. Second, they didn't even know what time the game started. Third, they kept gettin up to go somewhere, I felt like I did more standing in the aisle then sitting in my seat. Lastly, they didn't even watch the game, it seemed like they were conducting a business meeting!

The Asian B-ball Tournament is back but now it is in C-Town. I felt like we lost our homecourt advantage when I heard that. No more restin at Stan's place in between games no more. This time around, every player must be Asian. First place has been upped, to $1500 to the winners. There is a reason why things happen, I guess this is why I am at school when no one else is there training. Maybe that's why Afro-Nation keeps comin to bring it every Saturday. Now there is a date with HPBC too, time for everyone to put their money where their mouth is.

Seoul - I was checkin out all those groups against Cho, actually some of them were quite funny. It's the ignorant people that now think all Asians or Koreans are evil. I've read some idiots being racist and others tryin to help the situation by remindin them this is not a time for hate. Oddly enough, one of My Fishy's "friend" who I now consider an idiot now had to jump in to only show his ignorance.

Mama Wong, emailed me this mornin giving me insight of what I should do at work. She reminded me that everyday is an interview to everyone, so I made my rounds and really developed relationships with the staff. I'll mention one teacher who God has blessed me with is G-Mase, because I told how it was cool the kids have morning Bible Study in his room before school. Then he got all excited because we now know we are fellow bro's in Christ. He shared with me other staff members who are saved, and how they have Bible Study on Friday morning before school. We share a lot of the same teachin philosophies too, and he is hopin that I can find a full time teachin position at the Bobcat Center. I plan on popping in at the next student Bible Study next week, this is just too cool.

Then I was talkin to our evening Custodian, and she said it was cool that I workout and shootaround in the gym. She's got the key to open everything up and informed me about there is a group of guys on Wednesday nights who come out at night to play and are lookin for other players. It sounds like it is time to represent CBC in Troy. I got the Va. Tech tatted and ready to go.

Ahhh it is gonna run us over!

What does that say?

Inside look at the Motherland's creation

Hokies - We had a moment of silence at the Bobcat Center this morning. Today, I was reading all the articles of past school shootings, and a lot of them were because like a student didn't make the cut or something. Now, honestly I've had thoughts about a certain prof of mine would die or something, but ya know I never acted upon. It was those thoughts that motivated me to show the prof up and just do the best that I can to show that he/she can't hold me down. So to those who struggle with that, suck it up, the real world ain't gonna give you everything. No need to take innocent lives because ya couldn't hack it.

Moving on, I miss 1 week of b-ball to go on vacation, and I come back to see CBC is taken over by the Afro-Nation. I mean these Cats were comin out of the woodworks, there was like 15 plus of them in the gym. I look forward to playin their best squad next week, as Bobby said "those guys just bring the intensity up and we need to out think them." You could see the fire in our eyes between Bob's, Stan, and myself we just wanted them. As I told one of the other CBC peeps, this is a man's game right here. I hope this Saturday my squad is with those who are ready to go to war.

I laughed at the Big Cat who was dunking like crazy, he kept tryin to stare people down. It pissed me off every time he dunked he would do a flyin kick slamming the Men's Bathroom wide open. Next time, I plan on challenging him up on the rim and blockin his punk butt because I ain't scared. Then there is Doughboy because he just a big piece of Fat, Dark Chocolate grabbin on my jersey so I can't move. Plus he kept talkin trash to my soon to be Dirty South boy Wee, and I just let him if ya gonna talk, bring it to someone who will bring right back, and a lil elbow just to know he needs to shut up.

So if they come this Saturday, it's gonna be another battle and I need tru souljahz out there with me.

The original Yellow Ladies?

I'm not diggin the Motherland's creation of a 3 wheel car

Although, My Fishy seems to find this lil thing on average

Back in the old country

That's right, MSU for all you people to see as she would say

Throne - Well I survived my first day of officially being at work. I was excited to seeing a lot of kids coming in this morning for help, then I made my rounds to visit those who I haven't seen yet. The staff has been nothing but friendly to me since I've been there. I found out today that one of my students, Momo was in Vegas last week too! She stayed at Bally's but she arrived there as we left there.

My day died really fast after the 1st hour. For the majority of my time today, I spent it on checking a lot of fantasy sports, I had a long email convo with Pekkle, and read the sad news about Va. Tech. Another suck part was not being able to check F-Book since it has a security thingy on it.
In the end, I look forward to the rest of my time at the Bobcats center. My plan tomorrow is to make my rounds seeing my 7th graders now.

GM proudly supports MSU

I'm cruisin just fine...

However, I am gettin very sleepy

Tireman here can just suck it

I wonder if this is my parents next purchase

XBox 360 street racing gotta love it

We love our Pontiac products

Wasco - We're back, and obviously we got a chilly reception. We left MI cold, and chilly to San Francisco where it was warm and windy, to Vegas where it was hot and sunny only to come back to colder and snowy. Only in my homestate, ya gotta love it! Anyways, everything about this trip turned out a lot better than I expected it to be. I just felt as if God revealed more things to us these past few days.

We went straight to San Fran, where we met up with Pekkle. We thank her so much for opening up her place to us and driving us around. We wish we coulda stayed longer, but there is always next time. We met up with Pastor Tsang for breakfast and went to his church for worship. That place was not CBC, and he seemed happy where God has placed him to serve, yet ya know he misses CBC. He even mentioned one of his missions trips to Brazil in his message, and he just had the excited look when he welcomed us to the congregation.

I saw a lot of family members at San Fran, and we even drove on each bridge in 1 day! Of course, I did my usual shopping thing too, thank goodness for my financial advisor.

Coming back to Vegas, we stayed at Aladdin/Planet Hollywood for 1 night. My Fishy decided our rental car should go Euro style so we went with a Volvo. What can I say, I didn't mind because that thing goes up to 160 mph, although I didn't get a chance to. I showed her around as much as I could and to as many attractions as I could within our limited time. It as funny because a lot of things we wanted to do where cancelled due to high wind conditions. However, when we arrived to each thing, God calmed the winds down because the Eiffel Tower and Gondola Rides opened after we asked the staff. I lost only $50 because I just wanted to show her how to play Craps, so I didn't lose that much.

The Seafood Buffet was delicious, as usual I had a full plate of lobster tails just so I can get more than my money's worth. The number 1 question that was asked and we kept track was, "are you two married?" All my Detroit gear garnered a lot of attention too because everyone kept talkin to me bout the Pistons. I even met a lady from Sterling Hts, that is 2 years in a row now. Lastly, I spent more money buying out 1 store because of all the NBA All-Star gear :) I got so many Kobe jersey's now. Now it is almost time to pick up my family from Metro because they got to live it up 1 more day. From what I heard, my sis is puking her guts out though.

Not Charlie's Angels, but James Bond with an Aston Martin

It's a Jag

Now I got a hood ornament too

Am I stylin or what

I hate 4 doors

My Fishy wanted to put this up, with Aaron on the left and Rob on the right

Lychee - It's still kinda hard knowing that Aaron is gone. My Fishy and I were just talking about it yesterday, and it hit me. She got me looking back at our old CCUC photos from this last year, and I realized that Rob put his CBC jersey along side of Aaron's. Props to E-Moy for mentioning him as well.

Well, time to move on to Wrestlemania 23! Yeah, it was a lot of fun although we had the living version of Norbit 2 rows ahead of us. Matches wise, Wrestlemania was disappointing because some of the matches could of been better. For sure, Undertaker winning the 'ship was probably my favorite moment, and I was quite sadden to see HBK lose his chance in the main event. Vince getting bald was what I predicted along with Austin stunning Trump too. The fun part was being there for my first and just watching My Fishy get all into it. She knew some of the storylines since she has been prepping herself since the beginning of the year. Now if only we could sit in all the same section next time.

Now by the time y'all reading this we will be out in Vegas/SF. I'm really looking forward to this trip for a lot of reasons.

King - No pics today, so many things to talk about like Wrestlemania 23, CBC, or Vegas/SF trip. However, today I decided to dedicate this entry to my running mate on the CBC A Team backcourt with me. This past Monday, my friend Aaron was killed in a drive-by shooting and he was just an innocent bystander, just at the wrong place at the wrong time. Today was the funeral in the D and I'm glad that the other CBC guys came out for it too.

It is just so unreal to me because 2 days before he was murdered we were joking around together at CBC once b-ball was done. It's wierd because it just seemed like yesterday he was at my hotel door for CCUC talkin/listening to the battle plans. It seemed like a minute ago that we were all at Outback laxin and eatin like crazy. My Fishy's fondest memory was when he kept gettin the Technical Foul sign by the ref for her first CCUC visit.

As I said goodbye to him for the last time today, it was only fitting that his CBC jersey was neatly folded in his casket. I always look forward to playin against him because he was a fighter on the court. He wouldn't back down from anyone, and I'd go to battle with this guy anyday. He was a great friend because he never put down others. I keep tellin myself that God is in control of this, but it just gets hard knowing that he's not next the other starting guard with me or the guy that I see talkin trash with his bro, just so I could get a laugh at there brotherly love for each other. I had my eyes watery, as I told Tootie and Rob we gotta keep this thing going for Aaron. He would of wanted it that way. In His time, God heals all wounds and I know in my heart that it will take some time for me and prayers for others to do the same.
