The vows, oh it seem so long ago

Our silly pic

Yes I'm doin the dishes but my Dream Team deserves to lax

All that hard work, and much props to My Fishy for being the Dream Team Photographer

VHS - It has finally happened, once again I am now in charge of my own group to coach. It has been a frustrating 3 weeks of coachin v-ball because the other "coaches" that I work with are never organized on what they want to do. On top of that, some of their fundamentals are off. So I'm in charge and I hope the girls really enjoy how hard I am pushing them and at the same time having fun.

I went to Best Buy today and finally used my Best Buy bucks. I'm usually sentimental to certificates and stuff like that because I want it to mean something or maybe I am just wierd like that. So I finally bought a much needed DVD Tower, and I felt great after putting it together. Now my DVD/PS2/Wii games shall not be cluttered on the floor the next time y'all come over! Although I realized when I got home that I should of bought another CD Tower, but eh don't need it yet.

One thing that I was proud over the weekend was My Fishy's alma mater winnin D-1 football championship. I wish I could of taken her down to Ford Field to watch the game. Then again we would of missed the funny sign that read "Gay Pride" after their star running back. Man that was hilarious, actually it would be creepy if they meant it.

The Dream Team BBQ at my house in the Twp City

I'm makin Crystal smell someone's shoes.

Oh no it's The Claw!

I just wanted to leap off the top of these stairs and go straight through the middle.

The peacock, and this was the King of them all.

Everybody lookin for peacocks.

Supposedly this room is haunted.

My crew chillin from the balcony.

HoneyBaked - So one of my favorite holidays have come and gone just like that. It has been a busy week and a half. With every good there has been bad times this week, but the good always outweigh the bad. So here are some things I am NOT thankful for in no particular order that happened this past week:

5) Still dealin with a bum ankle.
4) Certain people's complaining and arguing at Turkey Bowl.
3) The Wii Remotes eats up batteries!
2) Getting cheap shotted by a particular person at Turkey Bowl, so they could score a TD. What part of within 5 yards of Bump N Run didn't they understand?
1) My parents being short handed at work so they have to work harder and longer hours.

Now here are some of the things that I am thankful for this past week, again no particular order because I don't deserve it and deserve more of the above.

13) Yummy turkey made by my Mommy.
12) My parents off to Vegas again, they deserve the vacation time.
11) My Fishy for being understanding and supportive.
10) Road trip to the Twin C's to see my family again, it is so hard to leave sometimes.
9) My Fishy willing to wait in line with me til 2:00 a.m. for a Nintendo Wii.
8) Having Thanksgiving Dinner at my house.
7) My Fishy and I waiting in the wee hours of the morning on Black Friday at Circuit City, Target, and Meijer.
6) Getting to see all my friends come back home.
5) Fellowshipping with Emoy.
4) Being blessed with a great church for learning and growing.
3) Fung for taking the time to set up this year's Turkey Bowl.
2) Being blessed with a godly Fishy who makes me smile all the time.
1) God is in control of everything and because of His Love is the reason why we should be thankful and not focusin on the things that didn't go our way but worship Him for He is good all the time.

Livin it up at the Fox

Hmmm do we look alike?

Munchkins are the same as the Rugrats

This pic reminded me of Hold'em

Zeke - I am so frustrated, as we got swept in the Finals 2-0. We swept our opponents in the Conference Finals to get to the Finals which was good. The bad was that it costed me, my ankle as I went up to block their best hitter, he went under and I rolled my ankle. Everyone was telling me that I didn't need to block because we were already up 24-12. But that's the competitor in me, I want to win. The Ref gave me 10 minutes to rest, and test my ankle if I could give Game 1 of the Finals a go. My t'mates kept tellin me to sit it out, but come on now this is what I do. I sat out the first few points of Game 1 so that I could give some extra attention on my ankle. However, my team was down, and I came in and we came so close. Game 2 just the same, I called timeouts strategically because I could feel the ligaments stretchin as I was hopping around tryin to pass. I couldn't even join the team in the huddle, I just sat on the floor from where I was at to rest. In the end, our opposition barely won and I know in my heart that if I was healthy we would of won the fricking thing. I apologized to the team after feelin that it was my fault that I couldn't carry us with a 'ship. I hate losing especially to that team. In the end, the pain of losing hurts more than my swollen ankle.

On the plus side, my ankle is healing pretty quickly right now. If that's one thing I do good, is heal fast. Another thing I learned today, I fart a lot when I eat a lot of mint chocolate chip ice cream. I don't know, just I thought I'd share that with everyone afterall sharing is caring :)

Chillin on the front row

The tour guide gals were all pretty cute

Josh found the first elephant

I learned a lot about The Fox

I went to my first ICP concert here

Stamps - During the '90's I was an avid card collector. I collected baseball, hockey, football, and basketball cards like crazy. I used to buy boxes of cards just for the thrill of opening packs of cards. I still remember my first card show that I went to. It was at the Genessee Mall in Flint, where I purchased a whole box of Hoops B-Ball cards. There was the thrill of trying to get the hottest item, anything of MJ of course. I used to have so many Shaq rookie cards, and now I'm wondering if they are worth anything? I've been sorting out all my card collections and keeping those that mean anything to me whether it be cash or sentimental value. Now I have so many cards and it's wierd trying to get rid of them, ya know I spent so much money on these things. I hope some of these cards will end up being a good investment in the future. I miss those card collecting days :(

Anyone wanna see Happy Feet this Sunday? I'm starting to learn that no one these days can do anything spontaneuous anymore. People need like a 3 year advance notice on things, man it just seems so hard to get people together to hang out with. Oh well, looks like another movie with My Fishy, but we wish we could of spent it with others too.

Corn Husker - I can't believe it, well neither can a lot of other people, but I scored Wrestlemania 23 tickets! JW and I waited in line early Saturday morning to get tickets, we got to be on Fox 2 too. A photographer was taking pictures of our tickets being printed. I feel so lucky lately to be going to all the biggest things in the area. What's even better is that Emoy is comin back for this event, 20 years in the making. The Super Bowl of the WWE!

We finally finished our Operation Christmas Child, it's so full that we need to tie it down. Yesterday, it was encouraging to see 3 of my boyz get baptised. I think it was Andrew's testimony that stuck out the most to me because I've known him since 2nd grade.

My Fishy and I got ribs at BW's, and we were quite disappointed. We ordered the biggest amount, and we got like 6 ribs and some onion rings. For $14, it was a rip off and the ribs weren't even that good. What was even worst was that they took the Potato Skins off their menu :( On the plus side, we've been gettin so busy lately tryin to figure out our schedules. So we actually tried this gmail calendar thingy and it has it's down points, but at least we know when we got stuff to do now.

Curry - Attitude, its what we all have and how people see us. We all have different traits that make up our attitude/personality. I remember back in the day, my competitive nature really drove me, yet it rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. I use to get on a t'mate if they messed up something I thought was easy. It took me a while, but I've learned how to encourage my t'mates more and pick them up based on their personality. My mentality is, I don't need no encouragement, because I'm harder on myself and I expect perfection from myself. However, you gotta learn if your t'mates take frustration easy or do they go into the tank if the game ain't goin well. I slip every now and then, and my frustration is a little bit more visible. In the end, we all need to be positive and encourage one another. Playin in so many leagues, I've seen too many people point the finger, and that person tanks because of it. It's a team effort.

Sometimes though, like I said last night to my t'mate, It's Pac Man time and ya just gotta feed me the ball or call me Superman and I'll do my best to put the team on my back baby. It's time for the playoffs and I like my team's chances of winning it all.

Decision - Well elections are finally done and over with. What stinks is when you are campaigning, you try to bash your opponent then say why you are so much better than that person. Well we did our homework yesterday morning before we headed to the polls. We didn't even know who to vote for, for some of the stuff so we went by where they lived or just random things to help us decide. At least Granholm won, now that I voted for her she better hook me up with a job/career. The same goes for Stabenow too! Dick just needs a name change.

Mmm I am really enjoying these Christmas Nerds :) Gosh has there been stupid drivers out there lately. They think they can S their way through people and drive like jerks. But they forgot bout me, because that's when I come in to humble them and remind them that they don't own the road. Last night some Sierra thought they could cut everyone off on the opposite side of traffic with cars comin at us. Yeah, smoked him and I bet he liked my flashin lights, shades on, and revvin it up at 32 Mile. Last week, this Dick Devos look alike driving a Beamer thought he down 96, nope ya can't catch me if I'm flyin at 115 mph. Yeah, I like starin him business suit butt down and forced him to go slower on the right lane. Then there was drivin My Fishy's car, who said a SunFire can't fly, well at least I got it to 97 mph to punk out the Mr. Rooter van. Some think they have a nice car so they can drive how they want, but it's bout skill. Mess with the best die with the rest.

It's funny havin a talk with my Daddy yesterday. Back in the day we use to spend out money on our hobbies. Mine was collectin trading cards, and his was collectin coins, and swords. Now that we're tryin to move things out of 17 Mile, we realized that we have a lot of crap to get rid. Apparently, there is some sort of Trash Scavenger in the neighborhood too. We put out some of my old hockey equipment, and it was gone in a couple of hours at night. One man's trash is another man's treasure, is the quote that comes to mind.
