BBQ King - Well we are finally back from Vegas and I can't believe we got snowed in. What was even unfathomable was CBC canceling service in my CBC history. It took me 2 1/2 hours to get to Metro Airport. I have never sat at the airport for so long, I think we sat there for over 4 hours. Unfortunately, we did not get to do everything that we had planned. However, that only means we will be going back next year!

We ate at the Bellagio Buffet, and it was ok. The meat was plentiful but I prefer more seafood choices. Of course, they need to add lobster! So Rio, is still my first choice :) I drove My Silly all the way up to Utah to cross that state off her list. I'm also excited to bust out my new Kobe's for b-ball, they are his Team USA edition. All in all, at first things didn't seem to go our way with the rescheduling, but I believe it was in His Will to look after us and our friends and family through the blizzard.

Stampede - My 8th graders took on the Broncos last night. Boy did they have some big boyz! I mean 6 boys at 6'2 and they all play each string. One of them could dunk already too! Man what do they feed kids these days?

I'm still prayin for that Hill job out there, won't ya pray with me? It's also funny that I read Granholm will never raise taxes again. Yeah right, I was already stupid enough to vote for you. I can't wait for Saturday b-ball again, it's just been fun for the past month. I think it's from all those practices on my own when I am coaching. Gotta love that aspect of the job :) I'm just on a mission because I got CCUC on mind 24/7 when I am on the court.

Mustangs - Wow a ghost from the past has returned to the present. Dick, my former mentoring teacher reffed our game tonight. He wanted to show off to the kids how he was the one who made me the teacher I am today. Yeah right, what a bunch of crock and everyone from the Bobcat staff laughed at him for telling me to sit down when I called him out on a missed travelling call. Everybody knew it was travelling but he missed it, it was hillarious. Apparently, his reputation outside of the Mustangs is the same as it was on the inside.

On the plus side, we won our first game! I'm so excited for my kids because a lot of them never knew what it means to win. Our school lost every game last year for b-ball, and some of them never won a game in football either. This was great, and I'm glad that have that feeling. However, now it's back to work and prepare for the Broncos.

Heart Attack - Wow, we've already had more snow than we had this time around last year. Last night we drove by a house that had literally every inch covered with Christmas decorations. It kinda reminded me of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation when Clark lit up his house with all those lights. I'm really looking forward to Christmas now that we have some snow coming down already. I just hope it does not put a damper on our Vegas trip.

I just shared during b-ball this past weekend. It's just been so hard lately with so much things to stress about. I think this is one of the times where I find myself stressing out because God knows I never did in college or before then. I lift everything up to you and hope that I can do better.

Look what we "borrowed" from Joy Yee's
The Best Man and I

Knight - So tonight I made my coaching debut and I understand why other school districts run by different standards. We lost and it was kinda irritating because I see so many of the things that went wrong out there. I wanted to put a jersey on and lead us to a victory, dang it! So back to the drawing board tomorrow with a long, and hard practice. I was disappointed in how they did not rebound or control the turnover battle. At the same time, I was proud of them on how they stormed back in the second half. What's funny is how the Knicks just got done playing 36 minutes of b-ball and scored 41 points, while my team played a lil over 20 minutes of b-ball and scored 38 points. Yup, I think Isiah is done as a coach in NYC.

Us with the newly weds

Eeks, no one is here yet

Jill and her Maid of Honor

Meast - Wow that was a long Thanksgiving Break yet it seemed to go so quick. Yesterday and today, I have spent trying to get everything back in order. It was fun hanging out with Llz, Emoy, and Benito over the break. Brings back so many memories of way back when and at the same time everything has changed. It's funny seeing a lot of people and everyone talks bout gettin sleep because they are old. Now comes Christmas and I hope to see those that I didn't get to see this past weekend.

Speaking of Christmas, I love lookin across the street to see all my neighbors with their nice looking decorations. I'd love to do it but I prefer to save some electric bill money. The rest of my family is in LA/Vegas right now and I'm sad to hear that our Seafood Buffet is closed until 2K8. That was one of the reasons we were going next month!

My brother and sister

Son and Mom dance

Daddy/Daughter Dance

My goal, don't pk or roll my ankle so don't jump high

Trefoils - So this Sunday we'll going to this whacked out wedding in our opinion. The good thing bout this wedding is that my Yu 2 Sisters, Wongz, JZ, and B-12 are all going. We all think this wedding is so whack and I wish I could of been recruited to be the Best Man so I could truly leave a stamp on this wedding. It's retarded to think someone would get married, when you have no friends as your bridesmaid so ya need to recruit people ya don't know, and your parents might not go due to Visa probs. Something is shady bout this wedding and y'all can bet I'll be bad boy at this thing. It's not right to automatically throw people into the BP without them being able to get out. Juice was lucky in getting out of this thing, and ya can't make people stay with the bride if they don't want to. This will be a very Stone Cold/DX wedding for me because I'm a rebel like that.

Awwwww

Her Boyz but where is her Man?

You go boy!

Idol - Last week, I had to take part in what has to be the hardest part of coaching, making cuts. I really enjoy the team that I have right now, for the most part most of them are what I look for in players. They have a good attitude, good grades, and ability. It was hard cutting some of the kids, and some of them cried as if it was everything in the world to them. I've had many parent emails already questioning why I cut their child. I remember in 7th grade when I got cut and it was because my conditioning sucked.

On the plus side, I have high expectations from this team. Last year, they did not win a single game! I'm trying to change the atmosphere around the team and if we win 1 game I'll be happy because that is more than last year. However, if ya know me I wanna win them all!

Whoa baby!

The BP

Not to knock on anyone but I'm sure she thinkin the same thing, if I only I was walking with My Fishy :)

Black & White - I'm thankful for such loving sisters especially from Liz yesterday. I felt bad that I kinda ruined the surprise when I had to go to a meeting :( I believe the card she made me was very appreciated because of the effort she put into it. Man it's things like this that really want me to stay.

At the same time, I keep wondering where I am suppose to be? I'm thankful for being able to coach right now and I am learning a lot, but what happens when the season is over? On the plus side, Thanksgiving is upon us and I'm looking forward to my Mommy's turkey :) I hate seein another digit turn on the year but I love this time of the month because I love the atmosphere. Snow seems to be coming down earlier this year too, which is exciting. Although I hope it does not put a damper on our vacation next month. Gosh I can't believe it is almost a year since I've got my Wii. I wish we had a picture of us standing outside with the other crazii's getting our new system.

The Big One

I don't know how anyone can stand still for so long

Coast - Yup another year older this past weekend, but as usual it still didn't feel like it. The day started off with worshiping our God together. Afterwards we went out to our first Lions game together as she wore her Roy Williams jersey while I had my Calvin Johnson jersey on. We won in a blowout and I'm glad that she enjoyed her first NFL game. We came back for the Potluck dinner at her house and played Monopoly with Eiley, our Yu 2 sisters, Elektra, and Wongstin. Man, I love this new edition of Monopoly although it seemed like nobody remembered how to do math with big numbers. This Sunday, I'm thankful for one of my Yu 2 sisters, of trying to plan something special for me. It was a great Sunday though :)

So many happy tears were shed

The lighting of the candle

I think I know that girl on the end

Yay for the Ng parents!

This says it all bout His Glory

Clams - Once again it has been awhile since I used this thing it feels like. Gosh has blog and xanga really died? Anyways, the NBA season is once upon us again and I am looking forward to it. Although I am still quite upset that the Pistons aren't making a bigger push to improve the team with #24. I really hope the Bulls don't get him! On the other hand I am extremely happy that my Fantasy b-ball teams have Hibachi :) I'm looking forward to going to the Lions game this weekend with My Fishy! I'm waiting to see more peeps jump on the bandwagon now because they are 5-2. The Red Sox won, just like I had hoped for and I'm excited for the Tigers of getting Renteria. Although I'm bummed bout giving up our prospects though :( That's it for now, because tomorrow is Halloween and we'll be passing out the goods.

The Bridal Party

Our first wedding together

Please no pictures

We are bad, bad, boys

Donald - This past weekend was Sweetest Day, yes another Hallmark holiday or pagan holiday as well. To this day, I still don't know why we celebrate/recognize some of these holidays at CBC. Anyways, so we celebrated Sweetest Day because My Fishy likes it after all one of her favorite stores is Hallmark. I've been looking back and I'm glad I put in the thought and time to do this for her. Sometimes, I feel like I don't appreciate, encourage, or support her enough and then this day comes along and I hope it showed how much she means to me. I also need to do a better job at all those things and more in addition to my own growth too.

So what did we do, if anyone cares or if this thing still exists among any readers. We went to our first Disney on Ice: Finding Nemo show. It was a great show, and I think I got more emotional in the show than the movie. We took a picture with Nemo too :) and bought a Dory doll because ya just can't find that thing anywhere. Afterwards, we went to our tradition of Red Lobster. This time mercy has been given to me as My Fishy decided not to get the endless shrimp deal. Mmmm seafood, what a great meal. Finally, I enjoyed watching her play one of her favorite DS games that we just bought. Everyday, He reminds me of how blessed I am and how undeserving I am to be with her.

I don't know who Dave thinks he is, maybe Ric Flair

I have no idea what we are doing here

Tornado - Another door has been slammed shut in my face in terms of teaching :( Where do You want me to be? Well at least I can enjoy some vacation time with My Fishy in December. This will probably be our last vacation for the year 2K7. We'll be going back to Vegas, because we got a great deal for $506 total for the both of us. We'll be staying at the New York New York, and it gives me a chance to show her to some places that I haven't got to take her yet. In addition, it marks a special day for us as well, so I am thankful for this blessing God has provided for us. Anybody else interested in going to Sin City with us?

Can it be? Nah it's just Milwaukee's finest Root Beer :)

Sorry Harvey, he ain't my idol

We had to do this somewhere

Miller Park is very beautiful, wished we could of catched a game here

She decided to saw me in half

Bonzai - Hahah, I'm watching The Karate Kid right and couldn't help reading other peeps entries. There's Fung with her Ferris Bueller, and the B-Hater with the '90s memories. I was watching the Bobcats football game after my workout in the gym today. It stinks knowing that these kids have to pay to play sports as they get older. That what pisses me off, because I never had to pay when I played. Honestly, I don't know if my parents had to pay if they would let me play. It sucks and of course I blame Granholm and the rest of the liars in MI office.

With all these Foot Locker pieces I've been getting it looks like it is time to do some jersey shopping :) First up, Calvin Johnson, woohoo! Now if only he could stay healthy please.

My Daddy just chillin on the side of I-5 waitin for them to open the freeway back up

I got bored so I decided to take a pic of the situation

I've been thinkin bout getting one of these for my room

Chicken Selects - What has been frustrating lately, is that I still don't have all my phone numbers! On my old phone I had stored over 400 numbers, and now my address book got wiped out so I lost a good portion of them. I've been stealing people's cellies to try to get all my numbers back. However, I am still missing bout 200 plus numbers :(

In other news, MI continues to sag as I read our poor economic state. Next time, I'm just gonna write my name down for office. How hard can it be to be a politican? Lie a lil bit, raise taxes, be involved in scandals, raise taxes, cut budget, raise taxes, etc. Get the picture, I wonder if this is God's ultimate sign for us.

Glad there's b-ball tomorrow to take my mind off things. Oh yeah World Series predictions: Well I was hoping the Cubbies would make it but that didn't happen. So I'd be excited if to see it be the Red Sox vs. Rockies. Rockies I say just because they haven't been there yet and Red Sox well I love'em. However, I wouldn't mind seein the Indians because I'd try to go down to see them play in the World Series.

I've been wondering if you can see gold colors out those windows

Carrot Top is not that funny in my opinion

The Thunder guys need to go back to their homeland down under

I wish I had the Dwight Howard jersey on Lady Liberty.

Boardwalk - Can you say Super Size Me? For some insane reason I've been eating at McDonald's like crazy because of Monopoly. I know I'm not gonna win but I guess I like the Toys R Us bucks :)

Anyways, we are excited because we got our Pistons tickets for the upcoming season! My only regret is not being able to see Agent 0 in the regular season. However, I am thinking bout getting the preseason tickets for that game.

Last night, we went to see The Gameplan and it is by far one of the best movies I've seen this year. It is up there with Die Hard 4. We had a lot of crying moments throughout the movie.

Park Place

Wednesday, October 03, 2007

I am pointing at the sky, not the Hooters or the chick's butt

If only we had Caesar's Palace and not Little Caesar here in the D

Now if Bally's looked like that, I'm sure we'd have more members there too

I still can't figure out the name to this place

I'm starting to realize that I need one of those TVs in my house

Hot Wheels - Yesterday, I was on my way back from the E.L. visiting My Fishy. I was watching this Intrepid speeding along the left lane on I-69 over 100 mph. I hesitated at first bout racing them, after a mile head start I was like what the hey let's go. So there I was flying down the right lane going over 120 mph and I caught up to the Intrepid. The looks of those fat mamas in the car, were too funny. Their expression was, who the hell is that coming out of no where. Of course the race was on, and it lasted for a good 30 mile stretch of I-69. I even jumped the shoulder to pass a car to get a bigger lead :) boy that was a fun race.

Today, I got a chance to coach girl's b-ball and that was my fun. My Court Jester from Alliance is in my b-ball class. I'm coaching with Jess too, which makes it all the better and I'm getting paid phat on this job too. Now if I can only solve the before coaching part then I'd be set.

Greyhouse

Is this restaurant any good?

I had higher expectations from this guy

Can you believe some peeps are actually afraid of clowns

Wonder how high this thing will be

Ya know all they sell is the same stuff but there is just more of it

Duck - Well my parents and I went to TO/The Falls on Monday. Although I was bummed I didn't have my Traveling Buddy with me, I realized that we will have to go adventure more around The Falls. I can't believe there is a WWE store there! The casino was kind of weak, and getting .95 cents for my $1 was even weaker :( I miss those days of getting $1.50 plus ya know! I also found a new place to buy our unlimited supply of Rips too! Math is my weak subject, and did I feel dumb when I spent $98 at the snack place. I need to know grams and pounds are weighed differently. Next time it will be me and my Traveling Buddy :) Hehe, I also have The Simpsons Movie already :)
